CombiChemStation CCS 224

Modular semiautomatic systems for combinatorial chemistry and other synthetic chemistry laboratories

The CombiChemStation CCS 224 is the perfect semiautomatic apparatus for liquid phase syntheses and for solid phase reactions for most synthetic laboratories. The CCS 224 is also well suited for dissolution experiments with different types of solvents (ideal in combination with the "Solvman" (Solvent delivery system) and the CombiTimer).

The shaking plate can be heated or cooled (max. 150 °C, cooling via a cryostatic system). Up to 24 reaction vessels with different dimensions (outer diamter of the reaction vessels 30 mm, 23 mm and 18 mm) can be used. The stirring speed of the magnetically driven shaking plate (vortex principle) is freely adjustable between 0 and 800 rpm. Liquids and gases can be transferred into the reaction vessels via an inled / outlet adapter plate.

Using reaction tubes with frits, solvents can be evaporated with a vacuum system directly after completion of the reactions (ideal for solid phase reactions).

The CCS 224 is regulated by a simple external controller or a CombiTimer, which can also control other apparatus via time events.
